The MAX HT-S45E “Strong Bind” Tapener® is engineered for growers who need stronger, more durable plant ties in demanding field conditions. Designed for vineyards, orchards, nurseries, and vegetable operations, this model delivers significantly higher holding strength than standard tapeners—making it ideal for heavier crops and thicker stems.

Using MAX’s Strong Bind system, the HT-S45E produces ties with up to 4x greater holding strength when paired with dedicated tape and staples, helping prevent breakage from wind, crop weight, or plant growth pressure.

With a jaw capacity of up to 45 mm, this tool handles everything from vine training to young tree staking. The reinforced binding system uses thicker staples and non-stretch tape, creating a more secure, long-lasting tie compared to standard tapeners.

Like other MAX tapeners, it operates with a simple one-hand squeeze—wrapping, stapling, and cutting in one motion—while delivering 3–4x the productivity of manual tying.
